Over 18? Love to swim? Join our Masters Program!
The Guelph Synchronized Swim Club is pleased to offer a Masters Program for swimmers over the age of 18. The season runs from September thru end of April/early May. Swimmers are encouraged to participate in all our water Showcases. Competitive program athletes will participate in two competitions throughout the season.
Masters Novice Competitive Program:
The Masters Novice Program is designed for swimmers, 18 years of age or older, new to synchronized swimming or for those who have some experience and want to develop and enhance their skills.
Practice: Once per week – Mondays from 5:00 – 7:00 at the University of Guelph Red pool
Swimmers will participate in three Showcases: December, College Royal (mid-March) and Spring (May) and the Novice Regional and Provincial Championships.

2019-20 Masters Recreation Program:
The Guelph Synchronized Swim Club is now pleased to offer a Masters Recreational Class for adults over the age of 18 with any level (or none!) of synchro experience. If you are looking for a great workout where you can improve your flexibility, strength and swim skills in a fun, pressure-free environment then we have the program designed for you!
Through skill and swim development, this program encourages fitness and strength, with an emphasis on having fun and team-building. No previous synchro experience is required!
PRACTICES & PERFORMANCES:
Swimmers practice weekly on Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm – 7:00 pm at the University of Guelph Red. Swimmers also participate in a variety of club water shows and demonstrations. This program runs in three different sessions:
Session #1: Wednesday October 12th – Wednesday December 18th
Session #2: Wednesday January 2nd – Wednesday, March 25th
Session #3: Wednesday, April 2nd – Wednesday May 20th (Note: this is only an 8-week Session)
12-week Session: $165
8-Week Session: $110
NOTE: GSSC requires a minimum of 5 swimmers to run this program – so please invite your friends!
